Well, about this time last year I wrote an entry about being sick. I guess it’s that time of year again. Holy crap, I hope none of you get whatever is infesting my soul right now. I don’t get sick often, but when I do, I do it in spades… God, I have to work this weekend?? Well, in the current economy, I’m not going to complain. I’ll just take it easy and hope for the best. Hope you all stay healthy and happy as we move slowly towards the Spring.

Normally I would advise people to stay home when they’re sick, but I’m simply not in a position to do that. So, wish me luck – I’ll be drinking lots of fluids and trying hard to contain all this fabulusciousness within a smaller sphere of personal space. How’s THAT for your head? Wow, I’ve come down with the type of lowgrade flu/cold that makes you move in slow motion… But, gotta shake it for the car payment… It took me about an hour to finally get the gumption to get out of bed. This is one of the least sexy sensations I’ve had in a while – people don’t always appreciate how hard it is to look perky at 2 a.m. I think I’m wearing my glasses tonight. Ugh, I’m having a stripper melt down…
